Homosexuality was decriminalised in 2016 when the country’s Supreme Court ruled that the anti-gay laws were unconstitutional.

Yes. The constitution of Belize prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, and the Supreme Court has ruled that this extends to and includes a prohibition of discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation.
