- 5 minute warm-up on elliptical walker - resistance 9.
- Seated hamstring-curl - 5 sets of 10 reps - resistance set at 30 - 30 seconds rest between each set.
- Seated chest pull-down - 5 sets of 10 reps - resistance set at 30 - 30 seconds rest between each set.
