Fitness Campaign: Day 22

Okay, I've had a couple of days off - I've been dog-sitting in Forest Hill.

Today, back in the gym.

  • 5 minute warm-up on elliptical walker - resistance 9.
  • Seated leg-raises - 5 sets of 5 reps - resistance set at 30 - 30 seconds rest between each set.
  • Seated chest pull-down - 5 sets of 10 reps - resistance set at 30 - 30 seconds rest between each set.

Day 22, done!
