Fitness Campaign: Day 90

It's a warm day in London but I embraced the sweat and hit the gym.

  • 5 minute warm-up on seated bike - resistance 8.
  • Seated shoulder pull-down - 5 sets of 10 reps - 20kg on either side (total of 40kg) - 30 seconds rest between each set.
  • Seated leg-raise - 5 sets of 10 reps - resistance set at 10 - 30 seconds rest between each set.

Day 90, done!
