What’s wrong with gluten?

  • Wheat was only introduced into Europe in the middle ages — this means that we’re not genetically designed to process foods that contain gluten
    Bread is particularly difficult to digest and can cause you to feel bloated and lethargic
  • If you need a fix of carbs then opt for rice or a baked potato
  • Cake is not the answer
