Yes. There's some complexity in the legal system in Switzerland, but effectively it was in 1942 that homosexuality was decriminalised for everyone.

There is a visible LGBTQ community - particularly in the larger cities.

With a total score of 50.12%, Switzerland lost most of its points on the criteria of Hate Crime & Hate Speech, and Intersex Bodily Integrity.
