Culture Watch: Together Again
The combined forces of the London Gay Men's Chorus and the Amsterdam Gay Men's Chorus.

Together Again was a concert at London's Conway Hall - bringing together the London Gay Men's Chorus and the Amsterdam Gay Men's Chorus.
This was a showcase of not only great singing and accomplished choral arrangements of popular songs, but also of queer joy and the power of queer community.
Seeing a stage full of men performing, having fun, and sharing their enthusiasm with an appreciative audience is really uplifting.
The Amsterdam chorus also has a dedicated troupe of dancers - which adds an extra level of camp to the whole experience.
Standout moments were Robyn's Dancing On My Own - performed by the London Chorus - and Chappell Roan's Pink Pony Club - performed by the Amsterdam Chorus, with a glorious solo from Adonis Stergiopoulos.
What I particularly enjoyed was the Amsterdam Chorus performing Show Yourself from Frozen 2. I don't think I've heard that song since seeing the movie in the cinema, and the song didn't make any kind of impression on me then, but hearing this chorus of men singing it, in this context, it really resonated with me for some reason. It was beautiful.
The next big show from the London Gay Men's Chorus will be The Gay Gatsby, which they're performing at the Troxy on 19-20 December.
