Grabbys Spotlight: Jake FTM
Targeting trophies in Torremolinos.
As we count down towards the Grabby Awards in Torremolinos, we caught up with Jake FTM to discuss his nominations.

Why is being nominated in the Grabby Awards important to you?
Being nominated means a lot to me, especially as a trans creator.
Representation in this industry is really important, and being recognised on this level feels like a step forward not just for me, but for the trans community as a whole.
It’s nice to feel seen and respected for the work I do.
How did you discover and start to explore that performing on camera and content creation was something that you’re passionate about?
I originally got into content creation for the money - which I’m sure is the case for a lot of people. But, over time, it naturally grew into something much bigger. It became a full-time career, and I realised I genuinely enjoy it.
I love the freedom it gives me, especially being able to travel and meet new people. It kind of evolved into a passion without me even realising.
Do you consider yourself to be an exhibitionist?
I wouldn’t actually consider myself an exhibitionist. I’m quite a shy person in real life. It’s more that I’m able to switch into a different mindset when I’m working.
It’s something I’ve learned to be more comfortable with and tolerate rather than something that comes naturally to me.
How has your work in the adult entertainment industry shaped your relationship with your body and the way that you experience intimacy?
My work has definitely helped me build confidence and feel more comfortable in my body. That’s been a really important journey for me, and it didn’t happen overnight.
In terms of intimacy, I separate work from my personal life quite clearly. For me, work is performance-based, whereas intimacy with someone I genuinely care about feels completely different. One hasn’t really affected the other.
Beyond the Grabby Awards, what else is on your vision-board for the months ahead?
Right now, I’m actually in a more relaxed phase.
Last year, I was travelling a lot and filming constantly, so I built up a strong backlog of content. Because of that, I don’t feel pressured at the moment.
I’m focusing more on maintaining a good balance and taking things a bit slower, rather than constantly chasing the next thing.
