Getting Intimate: Kinkoer
We go behind-the-scenes of his online life.
There's a lot to admire about Kinkoer.
He's a muscly French dude who has filmed studio scenes as well as creating content for his fan-subscription channels.
I recently caught up with Kinkoer for a behind-the-scenes look at his online life.
What led you to discover and start to explore that you’re passionate about filming content and working in the adult entertainment industry?
I always enjoyed posting photos on Instagram that showed off my body - I enjoyed experimenting with that kind of content.
Then, I met PJ Knox - he's now one of my best friends. We met in Málaga during Bear Week.
He's the one who put me on the path toward content creation. He’s the one who created the monster.

What was your relationship like with your body growing up?
I haven’t always been comfortable with my body, but it became a tool that I learned to use and appreciate - especially through bodybuilding.
I’m now preparing for bodybuilding competitions. Through that, I’ve really learned not necessarily to love my body - because I actually have quite a critical eye when it comes to my physique - but rather to use my body as a way of expressing myself and communicating with other people.
I’ve always been a very anxious person. When I was younger, approaching strangers and talking to people I didn’t know was extremely difficult for me. It became much easier to approach people and start a conversation when I had my body as a way to communicate.
You’ve won a Grabby Award for your live sex performances - would you describe yourself as an exhibitionist?
I don’t think so. For me, it’s really not driven by sexual excitement, it’s more about self-expression and how I present myself to other people.
For me, it’s more a way of communicating with others than actual exhibitionism.
Of course, there is still an element of enjoying being watched that comes into play, and I can’t deny that. But exhibitionism in the sexualised sense of the word, I don’t think that’s really what it is for me.

You’re also a tattoo artist - where do you draw inspiration from for your tattoo artwork?
I’ve been tattooing for more than ten years now. My artistic work is quite contradictory to my public persona.
I create work that is very, very dark, and it represents a much more private and reserved side of me, which can feel somewhat at odds with the level of exposure I can have publicly. But I’ve always existed somewhere between those two sides, that duality that is really part of my personality.
On one hand, I have this artistic side and this darkness - although, to me, it isn’t really darkness in a negative sense. It’s dark aesthetically, but I don’t necessarily see it as something negative. That's in complete contrast with my notoriety in porn, because you wouldn’t necessarily expect someone who creates this kind of artwork or tattoos when you first see me. I enjoy playing with that contradiction.
Tattooing is an integral part of my life. Now, I’m trying to bring together all these different sides of my personality and make them coexist as one person.
How has your work in the adult entertainment industry shaped your relationship with your body and the way that you experience intimacy?
It’s really only now that I’m starting to see the impact.
When it comes to my image and my physique, there’s obviously always this pressure to be at your best, because people expect a lot from us. We’re always expected to embody perfection, to be the fantasy. So, of course, there’s a huge amount of pressure to constantly present a version of ourselves that’s almost perfect and not entirely real, because we become somewhat dehumanised.
When it comes to my intimate life, it can also be difficult to trust strangers enough to share intimate moments with them. Sometimes you just want to be anonymous, to have moments where nobody knows who you are. That can feel contradictory when your sexuality is so publicly exposed. You want to be able to keep a private part of your life that belongs only to you, where you don’t want everyone to know what you’re doing or have an opinion about it.
Sometimes it can be quite difficult to step outside of what people project onto us.

What are some of your plans or projects for the months ahead?
First and foremost, I want to focus on bodybuilding and competing. Then, in the longer term, I definitely want to continue working in the adult entertainment industry.
That will probably be in another country - I’m planning to move abroad and develop that side of my career.
Of course, tattooing will remain a main focus of my life as well. In the long term, I’d like to open a high-end tattoo studio again - high quality tattooing and a safe LGBTQIAQ+ space. But that’s still a few years down the road, so we’ll see what happens.
