Grabbys Spotlight: Tom Baker
Targeting trophies in Torremolinos.
As we count down towards the Grabby Awards in Torremolinos, we caught up with Tom Baker.
Tom is nominated in three categories:
- Best Bottom
- Twink of the Year
- Creator of the Year
You've said that winning a Grabby Award would be important to you because it would motivate you for what comes next - how did you discover and start to explore that performing on camera and content creation was something that you're passionate about?
I didn’t start out with a big plan! It began as curiosity and a way of expressing myself.
Once I started creating content, I realised how much I enjoyed the creative control, the performance side, and the connection with an audience.
Over time, it stopped being just about being on camera and became about storytelling, confidence, and pushing myself creatively. That’s where the passion really grew.
Do you consider yourself an exhibitionist?
To a degree, yes - but not in a one-dimensional way.
I enjoy being seen and desired, but it’s more about confidence and control than shock value.
I like choosing how I’m seen and owning that attention rather than it owning me
What was your relationship with your body like when you were growing up?
Growing up, my relationship with my body was complicated. I was self-conscious and often compared myself to others. Comfort came later, and it was earned.
Being confident with my body now feels less about perfection and more about acceptance and self-respect.
How has your work in the adult entertainment industry changed your relationship with your body and the way that you experience intimacy?
It’s helped me separate validation from self-worth. I’ve learned to appreciate my body as something expressive rather than something to judge.
Intimacy has also changed! I’m more aware of boundaries, communication, and what genuine connection actually feels like, both on and off camera.
What makes a good collab?
From my experience, a good collab is all about chemistry and mutual benefit.
When both creators are comfortable with each other and bring their own audience and energy to the content, it feels more authentic and performs much better.
The best collaborations are the ones where both people are genuinely having fun and creating something that neither of them could have done alone!

Beyond the Grabby Awards, what else is on your vision-board for the months ahead?
Growth, both creatively and personally. I want to keep evolving my content, explore collaborations that feel meaningful, and branch into projects that let me express different sides of myself.
Long term, I’m focused on building something sustainable that goes beyond one platform or moment.
