Ty Roderick stabbed in violent attack
The adult performer is recovering in hospital.
Vegas-based performer Ty Roderick has shared that he is currently in hospital recovering from a violent attack in which he was stabbed.
Launching a crowd-funding appeal to help cover his medical expenses, Roderick has said that he was stabbed multiple times and suffered a collapsed lung - describing the incident as a sudden violent attack.
At the time of writing, USD$4,500 had been raised towards the USD$6,000 target set by Roderick.
In his most recent update - published on 17 April - Roderick has shared that he remains in hospital but is hoping to avoid surgery.
Comments on his social media posts have queried whether this is perhaps a scam but Roderick has pushed back against this - asserting that he attacked but not sharing any additional details about the circumstances of the incident.
STR8UpGayPorn describes Roderick as a gay-for-pay performer who has previously used crowd-funding campaigns to cover bills while jailed for domestic violence offences.
