The annual Rainbow Map from ILGA ranks all of the countries of Europe based on an assessment of LGBTQ equality indicators.
Denmark has again performed strongly in the assessment, placing 4th overall in the ranking - coming in behind Malta, Belgium, and Iceland - an improvement on it's 5th-place ranking of 2024.
With an overall score of 80.10%, where Denmark lost points was on the Asylum criteria, as well as the Intersex Bodily Integrity criteria (which most countries scored poorly on).
