Grabbys Spotlight: Guillaume Wayne
Targeting trophies in Torremolinos.
As we count down towards the Grabby Awards in Torremolinos, we caught up with Guillaume Wayne.
Originally from France and now based in Lima, Guillaume is nominated in five categories:
- Actor of the Year
- Best Top
- Most Accomplished Actor of the Year
- Best group scene
- Duo scene of the year

You've said that winning a Grabby Award would be important to you because it would be an opportunity to “change the game” - why is that something that motivates you?
I realise that winning an award doesn’t change anything. I’m just proud to work with the biggest studios in all the world and to finally be recognised in Europe.
I was the only European actor to be nominated in the Best Actor category at the GayVN Awards, so why not a Grabby?
How did you discover and start to explore that performing on camera and content creation was something that you're passionate about?
After taking a break for about five years, it was three years ago that I began to focus on it.
I was always told that I was too skinny, too ugly, and too old. Today, I’m travelling all over the world, working with the studios everyone dreams of. So, thanks to all those people who didn't want me, you made me stronger.
What was your relationship with your body like when you were growing up?
Body-image issues and insecurity are still present.
In porn, we generally only see one type of body. When you are different, it can be hard - but never give up.
I’m a skinny diabetic but I'm proud of who I am.
How has your work in the adult entertainment industry changed your relationship with your body and the way that you experience intimacy?
As a porn performer, intimacy and having sex without a camera is very important to me. I know actors who are forced to film everything - it must be so boring.
Sex without a camera is the best - there's no pressure, you can take your time.
What makes a good collab?
Most important is the attitude of the model. I can't make a video with you if you have a stubborn ego.
Above all, a collaboration is about sharing - it's an exchange between models. Chemistry is important to create something unique, that's why I always choose my partners carefully.
To be honest, it's difficult in Europe - the models form cliques and wage war among themselves. It's a shark-infested world but fortunately there are exceptions with whom I enjoy working.
I always try to film beautiful scenes - a beautiful location, beautiful lighting, a story, dialogue. I offer something different and that’s why it works.

Beyond the Grabby Awards, what else is on your vision-board for the months ahead?
I'm going back to filming in the US, Brazil, and Colombia. I'll be filming with studios as well as also developing my own content with stories, dialogue, a great cameraman, and featuring men different from those we see everywhere.
There will be representation of all beauties.
