Grabbys Spotlight: SuperNad

As we count down towards the Grabby Awards in Torremolinos, we caught up with SuperNad.

SuperNad is nominated in two categories:

You've said that winning a Grabby Award would be motivation to continue building your career in the adult entertainment industry - how did you discover and start to explore that performing on camera and content creation was something that you're passionate about?

I've seen a lot of porn which just felt over-produced and not relatable. My aim is to create something that people can really connect to and see the chemistry and passion through the camera.

I love sex and really think it should be celebrated, and I want to help move us away from the negative stigma that surrounds sex-work and having sex. It is the most natural and innate experience we could have as human beings.

I think those two things are why I am passionate about what I do.

Do you consider yourself an exhibitionist?

I didn’t think I was but people have said that I am - so maybe I am!

I do love to walk around the house naked, and I think the fact that I do what I do probably makes me one.

Our bodies are something that we all have, so we should show them off!

What was your relationship with your body like when you were growing up?

Growing up gay, I’ve always lacked confidence in many aspects of my life - I remember in my teens and in my twenties being very self-conscious.

If I think back ten years, I would never dream of doing what I am doing now.

How has your work in the adult entertainment industry changed your relationship with your body and the way that you experience intimacy?

It has helped so much with my confidence. For example, the words of encouragement and appreciation I get from my fans is amazing. It has really helped me a lot mentally.

Don’t get me wrong, being in the industry and comparing yourself to other creators is always hard and it’s something you have to navigate.

In terms of intimacy, it has allowed me to explore myself sexually and it has enabled me to really hone in on what I like in my private intimate moments.

What makes a good collab?

A good collab is all about the three Cs - the chemistry, the connection and the communication.

Beyond the Grabby Awards, what else is on your vision-board for the months ahead?

I really want to grow my pages and fan-base.

Ultimately, I want to use the proceeds to open a queer venue in the area that I live as there is nothing at the moment. I want to be able to give LGBT people in my area and surrounding towns, somewhere safe to go and spend time socially.
